If you're a home-based business, you may need a "business address". This mail box is cleared every working day with your mail either forwarded to you at another address or you can collect it from the SSHED.

Business phones

The phone system at the SSHED uses VoIP. We can supply a maximum of 3 phone lines, 1 x main phone number with
2 x extensions. These extensions can be located at different sites. All phones are fully featured and have voicemail, call forwarding, and much more.

There is no phone connection or line rental costs. However, you will need to purchase or rent a VoIP handset and pay for your calls (12 cents per local call).

FREE fax service

A fax machine is available in the SSHED. The telephone number for incoming faxes is 02 9545 7701. We will contact you when a fax arrives for you.

FREE website hosting

Included in SSHEDx is free website hosting for your business website. (This only applies to websites with "static" pages).

Backing up your computer files

Option for backing up your computer every working day (if connected to SSHED VPN).

Colour printers and photocopiers

Access to high quality colour printing.
