Within first month

An experienced business adviser is assigned to your business. A half-day business planning workshop (face-to-face) is held in the first month of joining SSHEDx.

The aim of this workshop is to help set goals for your business, identify strengths and opportunities, pinpoint any specific weaknesses, map out the next 1-2 years, set action plans and much more.

Every 6 months

Business reviews with your adviser (face-to-face)

Quarterly

Invitations to attend "Good Business Program" seminars.

2 x sessions every quarter, held in the SSHED conference room.

Opportunity to attend TAFE computer skills workshops in Excel, Powerpoint, WORD, MYOB, Presentation Skills and Access. (A small charge applies for training workshops).

Monthly

Email reminders and prompts regarding action items, jobs completed, issues and actions.

Progress reviews (via phone) every month with your adviser.
